     Elizabeth Kuhlman was born in 1838 in Lehigh Co., Pennsylvania.7,8,9
     Her mother died in 1844 or 1845, when Elizabeth was about 6 years old.13,14
     She moved about 1844 to Wooster, Ohio, with her father, and perhaps with her mother, though it seems more likely she had died in Pennsylvania.15
     She moved to Warren Twp., Huntington Co., Indiana, with her father in 1845.16,17,18,19
     Elizabeth appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, in the household of Benjamin Orton, a merchant, and his family, with her older sister, Anne, and her husband, Joachim Fernandez.20
     Elizabeth appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, enumerated 4 Jun 1860, in the household of Caroline Bagley, a milliner, listed as an apprentice milliner.21
     Elizabeth appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, in the household of her brother Nathan and his wife, Mary C. Glick.22
     She was a dressmaker by 1870.23,24,25,26
     Elizabeth appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, on North Jefferson Street, enumerated 1 Jun 1880, Her sister Hannah and her niece Amanda M. Kuhlman were listed in the household with her.2
     Elizabeth moved to Jacob Neuer's house on South Bryon St. in Jul 1892, where she lived with her sister Anne for a time after her husband's death.27,28,29
     She mostly kept house herself, but has not been found in either the 1900 or 1910 censuses.30 In her last few years she lived in the Ufheil block on North Jefferson St.4
     Elizabeth died on 3 May 1911, at the home of her brother Nathan, on William St., Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana.3,10,11 She was buried on 5 May 1911 in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana.3,12
