     Harmon and Marie appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., IndianaG, enumerated 4 Jun 1860, reporting no real estate but personal estate of $60. Their children Augustus and Angeline were listed as living with them.¹
     He was a cook in 1860, and a clerk in a grocery store by 1870.^19,20
     His wife apparently died between 1862 and 1870.^21,22,23
     Harmon appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., IndianaG, enumerated 27 Jun 1870, listed as living with Abraham Falk, a grocer. He reported real estate valued at $4,000 and no personal estate.²⁴

     Harmon and Elizabeth appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Huntington Twp., Huntington Co., Indiana, on Maple Grove Road G, enumerated 25 Apr 1910, reporting they rented their farm. Their son William was listed as living with them, as was William Kocher, a hired hand.³¹
     Harmon and Elizabeth moved to the city in Mar 1918.⁴ On 1 Mar 1918 there was an auction at his farm to sell all his livestock, equipment, and other goods. The livestock included six horses, six head of cattle, three sows, and six or more dozen chickens. There was a long list of implements, including a binder, mowers, plows, and hay and corn implements. Produce included hay, oats, corn, and fodder. Lunch was served on the grounds.³²
     Harmon and Elizabeth appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, at 637 Elm St. G, enumerated 7 Jan 1920, reporting they owned their home, free of mortgage.³³
     Harmon died on 30 Aug 1920, at his residence, 634 Elm St., Huntington, IndianaG, at age 86.^13,14 He was buried on 1 Sep 1920 in St. Peter's Reformed Cemetery, Huntington, Huntington Co., IndianaG.⁴

     Her mother apparently died between 1862 and 1870, when Angeline was under 10 years old, perhaps as young as two.^17,18,19
     Angeline and her sister Emma appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OhioG, enumerated 13 Jul 1870, in the household of Gotteib Miller and his wife Bertha, who as their father's sister.²⁰

     She was working in a woolen mill before her marriage.²³
     Angeline married Albert Hoffmann, son of John Hoffmann and Mary, on 25 Oct 1881 in St. Peter's Reformed Cemetery, Huntington, Huntington Co., IndianaG, with Rev. P. H. Dippell officiating.^7,8,9
     Angeline and Albert settled in CincinnatiG after their marriage. They appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 1717 Harrison Ave. G, enumerated 1 Jun 1900, reporting they rented their home. Their children Carl, Alvion, Herman, and Oscar were listed as living with them.²⁴

     Angeline appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 1721 Harrison Ave. G, enumerated 27 Apr 1910, reporting she owned her home, which was mortgaged. Her children Alvion, Herman, and Oscar were listed as living with her.²⁸
     Angeline was named executrix and an heir in the wills of her sons Oscar and Herman, dated 7 Jul 1917 and 14 Jul 1917 respectively, in Hamilton Co., OhioG. Each left her all their property, after payment of his debts.²⁹ Their wills were probated 3 Apr 1919 in Hamilton Co. court, and she was issued letters testamentary to execute them.²⁹ Copies of the Hamilton Co. probate records of both wills was filed 14 Apr 1919 in Polk Co., FloridaG, and were admitted for probate there. No record of the reason for filing in Florida has been found, but they must have owned property there.³⁰
     Angeline appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 1721 Harrison Ave. G, enumerated 2 Jan 1920, reporting she owned her home, free of mortgage. Her son Alvion was listed as living with her.³¹
     Angeline appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 3489 Stathem Ave. G, enumerated 2 Apr 1930, reporting she rented her home, for $35 per month, and did not own a radio.³²
     Angeline died on 14 Feb 1935, at her residence, 3708 Taft Ave., Cheviot, OhioG, at age 74.^10,11 She was buried on 16 Feb 1935 in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OhioG.^12,13
