Atchison R. Divelbiss was born on 14 Feb 1855 in PennsylvaniaG.4,5,6
     He appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Mercersburg, Franklin Co., PennsylvaniaG, in the household of his parents, Joseph Divelbiss and Rebecca.10 He appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Mercersburg, Franklin Co., PennsylvaniaG, in the household of his parents.11
     Atchison married Emma Vallance, daughter of John A. Vallance and Margaret Flora, about 1879.7,8,9
     Atchison and Emma appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Mercersburg, Franklin Co., Pennsylvania G, enumerated 25 Jun 1880.12
     Atchison and Emma appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Mercersburg, Franklin Co., Pennsylvania, on South Main St. G, enumerated 9 Jun 1900, reporting they owned their home, which was mortgaged. Their daughter Nellie was listed as living with them.13
     Atchison and Emma appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Mercersburg, Franklin Co., Pennsylvania, on South Main St. G, enumerated 20 Apr 1910, reporting they owned their home, free of mortage.14
