     Hazel married Clarence Ellsworth Clark, son of Rev. Robert Bruce Clark and Adelaide Clark, on 5 Oct 1916 in Hamilton Co., TennesseeG, with Rev. Bruce Clark, the groom's father, officiating.7,8

     He was a real estate salesman in 1930, later becoming a broker. He was owner of Consolidated Realty Co. and founder of Autumn Investment Co. In the 1930s he developed property and constructed homes in Chickasaw Gardens. In 1940 he reported that he had worked 70 hours the last week of March, and had worked 52 weeks the previous year, earning $4,800.11,12,13
