     Marie and Nils appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Adams Twp., Mower Co., Minnesota, enumerated 16 Jun 1900, reporting that the family owned it's farm, free from mortgage. Their children George, Sam, Ida and Alma were listed as living with them.13
     Marie and Nils moved their family to Washington before 1910. They appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of La Center, Clark Co., Washington, enumerated 7 May 1910, reporting that the family owned it's farm, which was mortgaged. Their children Sam, Ida and Alma were listed as living with them, as was Robert Wright, as 21-year-old boader, descibed as a laborer doing odd jobs.14
     Marie and Nils appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Evergreen, Clark Co., Washington, enumerated 28 Jan 1920, reporting that they owned their farm, which was mortgaged.15 They appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of La Center, Clark Co., Washington, enumerated 26 Apr 1930, reporting that the family owned it's farm and had a radio.16
     Her husband died on 2 Sep 1932 in La Center, Clark Co., Washington.17
     Marie appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Woodland, Cowlitz Co., Washington, in the household of Edwin Gundar Erstad and Alma Cecelia Tenold, her daughter and her husband.18
     Marie died on 9 Feb 1943 in Woodland, Cowlitz Co., Washington, at age 78.10
