     Her mother died on 13 Jan 1885, when Effie was 9 years old.11,12
     Effie married William Masters, son of William A. Masters and Eliza Gerard, on 18 Jul 1895 in Brown Co., Ohio, with Rev. J. R. Long officiating.7,8
     Effie and William appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 2848 Eastern Ave., enumerated 4 Jun 1900, reporting they rented their home. Their children Edith, Clara and Lillian were listed as living with them. They were living in the same building as her older sister Louise and her husband.13
