     Marjorie E. Churchill was born on 9 Dec 1907 in Grayslake, Illinois.9,10,11
     She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Grayslake, Lake Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents, Rolla W. Churchill and Ethel A. Wisner.4 She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Grayslake, Lake Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents.5
     She was a teacher at a public school by 1930.16
     Marjorie appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Waukegan, Lake Co., Illinois, at 315 No County St., enumerated 2 Apr 1930, as a lodger in the home of George Elsbury and his wife and young daughter. There were four other lodgers, three of them also teachers, including her sister Edith, and a plumber.17
     Marjorie married William John Baumgartner, son of John H. Baumgartner and Emma H. Kuhlman, on 14 Feb 1931 in Waukegan, Illinois.12,13,14
     Marjorie and William settled in Rockford, Illinois, after their marriage. They appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Rockford Twp., Winnebago Co., Illinois, enumerated 20 Apr 1940, reporting they owned a home valued at $8,700, and that they had lived in the same city in 1935. Their children were listed as living with them.18
     Marjorie and William moved to Niles, Michigan in 1947, where they were living at 1714 Bond St. at his death.19
     Marjorie returned to teaching about 1953, as an elementary teacher in Brandywine and Niles schools. She retired in 1973.20
     Her husband died on 10 Jul 1977 in South Bend, St Joseph Co., Indiana.21,22
     Marjorie moved to Terre Haute after the death of her husband.23
     Marjorie died on 6 Mar 1990, at her residence, 500 Franklin Ct., Terre Haute, Vigo Co., Indiana, at age 82.15 She was buried on 9 Mar 1990 in Riverview Mausoleum, South Bend, Indiana.6
