Maud S. Moore was born in Jul 1870 in Missouri.4,5,6Maud married first Melkager C. Street, son of John M. Street and Mariah Brady, on 1 May 1889 in Springfield, Greene Co., Missouri, with Rev. J. W. Lowrance officating.7,8
Maud and Melkager appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Clay Twp., Greene Co., Missouri, enumerated 7 Jun 1900, reporting they owned their farm, free of mortgage. Their daughter Reba was listed as living with them.17
Maud and Melkager were divorced before 1903.9,10
Maud married second Rev. Martin Guy Dean, son of Samuel Dean and Hannah Aldrich, on 19 Sep 1903 in Keytesville, Missouri, with Judge H. C. Minter officating.11,12,13
Maud and Martin settled in Kansas after their marriage. They appeared on the 1905 State Census of Topeka, Shawnee Co., Kansas, reporting that they owned their home, free of mortgage. Her daughter Reba was listed as living with them, as was Sarah Scott, age 78, relationship unknown.18
Maud and Martin appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Topeka Twp., Shawnee Co., Kansas, enumerated 2 May 1910, reporting they owned their farm, free of mortgage. Her daughter Reba was listed as living with them.19
Maud and Martin appeared on the 1915 State Census of 1191 Boswell, Topeka, Shawnee Co., Kansas, reporting that they owned their home, free of mortgage. Her daughter Reba was listed as living with them.20
Martin filed for divorce from Maud on 5 Mar 1915 in Shawnee Co. District Court. He claimed that "All went well until my wife's brother came to live in our home," and that brother lived had lived in the family for eight or nine years and contributed nothing to support the family. He also claimed when they married in 1905 (it was actually 1903) he had $10,000, several lots in Topeka, and an 80-acre farm in Reno Co. He asked for a divorce and that his wife be barred from claiming an interest in the property.21,22 However, Judge G. H. Whitcomb found Martin at fault, and on 24 Apr 1915 assessed the costs to him and granted the divorce to Maud.14
Her ex-husband died on 14 Dec 1915 in Grand Rapids, Kent Co., Michigan.23,24
Maud appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Topeka, Shawnee Co., Kansas, at 1191 Boswell Ave., enumerated 14 Jan 1920, reporting she owned her home, free of mortgage. Her daughter Reba was listed as living with her.25

Maud appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Topeka, Shawnee Co., Kansas, in the household of her daughter Reba, living at the same address where they had been in 1920.27
Maud died in 1938.15 She was buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Topeka, Shawnee Co., Kansas.16
