Frederick William Wiemann was born on 12 Aug 1855 in Cincinnati, Ohio.7,8,9He appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Storrs Twp., Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents, Joseph Henry Wiemann and Wilhelmine Louise Cammann.16 He appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents.17 He appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents.18

Frederick and his brother Heinrich were both teamsters by 1880, and continued until about 1890. They were both living at home. Whether they were conducting a business together or just working in the same occupation is unclear. Both were listed as laborers in the 1891 city directory.19,20
Frederick and his brother Henry bought for one dollar each adjacent parcels of land in Price Hill, Hamilton Co., Ohio, from their parents on 18 Jul 1890, parts of the 5.35 acre parcel they had purchased in 1866.21 On 3 Sep 1890 Henry and Frederick bought from their father two horses, all the harness that he had, one Joltwagon, one spring wagon, one harrow, two plows, one cultivator and all the feed that was in the barn except the cow hay, for $300.22

Frederick was working as a carpenter by 1892, continuing that occupation the rest of his working life. By 1910 he was working for himself. He retired by 1930.23,24,25,26,27
Frederick married Susan Caroline Wildey, daughter of Jacob Wildey and Anna Maria Espert, on 4 Feb 1891 in Hamilton Co., Ohio, with Rev. Hammerschmidt, of the German Protestant Church, officiating.10,11,12
Frederick and Susan moved to Crestline Ave. near Kalon soon after they married.28
On 21 Oct 1892 Frederick sold the parcel in Price Hill, that he had purchased from their parents in 18 Jul 1890 to his brother Henry, for $500.29
Frederick and Susan appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 461 Crestline Ave., enumerated 7 Jun 1900, reporting that the family owned its home. Their daughter Myrtle was listed as living with them.30
On 31 Dec 1904 Frederick, with his other two siblings, bought her one-fourth interest in their parents' property in Price Hill, Hamilton Co., Ohio, from their sister Wilhelmina, for $1,625.31 When the final accounting of his mother's estate was filed 27 Feb 1905, it reported Frederick and his three living siblings had each received a distribution of $53.45.32 On 4 Nov 1909 Henry and Frederick bought her now one-third interest in the property in Price Hill from Mary, for $1.33

Having obtained control of their late father's property, Frederick and Heinrich subdivided it. They created the "H. F. and F. W. Wiemann subdivision" with Wieman Ave., which still exists, running the length of it. The original plat of the subdivision was made 24 Jan 1911. It laid out four long narrow lots on Enright Ave., north of Henry's home, and twenty 50-by-125-foot lots on Wieman Ave. On 17 Apr 1911 the city accepted the land they offered for the widening of Enright Ave. and the creation of Wieman Ave.35,36Frederick and Susan appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 459 Crestline Ave., enumerated 6 Jan 1920, reporting that they owned their home, with their daughter and her husband apparently renting a portion of the house from them.37
Frederick and Susan appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 459 Crestline Ave., enumerated 18 Apr 1930, reporting that they owned their home, valued at $8,000, and did not own a radio. Her sister Anna was listed as living with them.38
Frederick and Susan appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 459 Crestline Ave., enumerated 12 Apr 1940, reporting they owned a home valued at $7,500, and that they had lived in the same house in 1935. Their daughter Myrtle was listed as living with them, as was her second husband, Stanley Matthew Clark.39
Frederick died on 30 May 1943 in Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at age 87.13,14 He was buried on 2 Jun 1943 in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio.15
