Howard Eugene Branham was born on 3 Jun 1914 in Deluth, MinnesotaG.4,5,6
     He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Duluth, St Louis Co., Minnesota, G in the household of his parents, Charles N. Branham and Esther Amelia Winberg.21
     Howard married first Ruth K. Zackman, daughter of Frank Zackman and Emma Lang, on 21 Sep 1935 in Detroit, Wayne Co., MichiganG, with Rev. E. E. Fieros, of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating.7,8,9
     He was a factory worker when he first married, and a clerk for a rubber company in 1940, when he reported he had worked 36 hours the last week of March, and 52 weeks the prior year, earning $1,350.22,23
     Howard and Ruth appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Warren, Macomb Co., Michigan, at 13443 Colleen G, enumerated 27 Apr 1940, reporting they rented their home, for $25 per month, and that they had lived in the Detroit in 1935.24
     Howard registered for the draft for World War II on 16 Oct 1940, while living at 454 Field Ave., Detroit, Wayne Co., MichiganG, listing his mother as "the person who will always know your address." He reported he was employed by United States Rubber Company in Detroit.3
      Howard sued Ruth for divorce in Wayne Co., MichiganG, on the grounds of desertion. The divorce was granted 23 May 1941 with no alimony.10
     Howard married second Fern C. Glabe, daughter of Harvey Sebastian Glabe and Nettie Lou Bess, on 19 Jul 1941 in Detroit, Wayne Co., MichiganG, with Rev. Edward W. Raimer offciating. She had previously been married to LeRoy M. Carpp.11,12
     Howard moved to Battle Creek, Calhoun Co., where was working for Miller Jewelers, repairing watches.25,26
      Howard sued Fern for divorce in Battle Creek, Calhoun Co., MichiganG, on grounds of extreme cruelty, accusing her of infidelity. The divorce was granted 3 Dec 1945, with no alimony.13,14
     Howard married third Nellie Nerine Williams, daughter of John H. Williams and Martha I. Branham, on 9 Jan 1946 in Louisville, Jefferson Co., KentuckyG, with Rev. C. G. Gunn, Presbyterian minister, officiating.15,16,17
     Howard and Nellie settled in Battle Creek after their marriage, living at 42 Fremont St. G.27
     Howard and Nellie moved to California by 1948, when they were living at 2352 W. Lincoln Ave., Montebello. G He was working as a jeweler.28
     He was a watchmaker at a watch repair shop by 1950, reporting in the 1950 census he had worked 50 hours the prior week.29
     Howard and Nellie appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of La Habra, Orange Co., California, at 802 No Valencia G, enumerated 5 May 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm. Their children Judith and Janice were listed as living with them.30
     Howard died on 11 Nov 1980 in Los Angeles Co., CaliforniaG, at age 66.18,19 He was buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Covina, Los Angeles Co., CaliforniaG.20
