     She moved to Illinois with her parents before 1910. She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Trivoli Twp., Peoria Co., Illinois, G in the household of her parents.13
     She moved to Knox Co. with her parents before 1920. She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Salem Twp., Knox Co., Illinois, G in the household of her parents.14
     Alice moved to Oklahoma, where her sister and her husband were living, after the death of her parents. She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Adair Twp., Mayes Co., Oklahoma G, enumerated 10 Apr 1930, in the household of her sister Mary and her husband, John L. McKee.15
     She was a sales lady in a dry goods store while she was in OklahomaG.15
     Alice married Louis Oetzel, son of Adam Oetzel and Caroline Glabe, before 1939.7,8,9

Euphemia Cumming was born on 15 May 1887 in Bartonville, IllinoisG.4,5,6
     She was committed to the state Asylum for Feeble-Minded Children before 1900. She was reported as being unable to read or write at, but able to speak.10,11,12 The asylum was established by the state in 1865, with the facilities in LincolnG occupied in 1878 under the name of Illinois Asylum for Feeble-Minded Children. It had its own hospital, shops in which inmates made brushes, mattresses, and shoes, and a farm where inmates also worked. In 1909 the name of the institution was changed to Lincoln State School and Colony.13
     Euphemia appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Lincoln, Logan Co., Illinois G, enumerated 5 Jun 1900, as an inmate in the Illinois Asylum for Feeble-Minded Children.14
     Euphemia appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Lincoln, Logan Co., Illinois, at 86 State St. G, enumerated 23 Apr 1910, as an inmate in the Lincoln State School and Colony.15
     Euphemia appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Lincoln, Logan Co., Illinois G, enumerated 11 Jan 1920, as an inmate in the Lincoln State School and Colony.16
     At some point Euphemia was apparently transferred to the Dixon State Hospital in Dixon, Lee Co.G, as she died in that city, but she has not been found in the 1930 census in either place, nor elsewhere.
     Euphemia died on 3 Feb 1939 in Dixon, Lee Co., IllinoisG, at age 51.7,5 She was buried on 7 Feb 1939 in Fon du Lac Cemetery, East Peoria, Tazewell Co., IllinoisG, with her parents.8,9
