Johann Friedrich Fennker was born on 6 Jan 1823 in No. 100, Brockum, Kingdom of HanoverG.2,3 He was baptized on 12 Jan 1823 in Evangelische Lutherische Kirche, Brockum, Kingdom of HanoverG, with Friedrich Hinrich Rütermann; Cord Hinrich Ruschmann; Friedrich Hinrich Schlöcke as godparents.1
     Johann was confirmed in the Evangelische Lutherische Kirche, Brockum, Kingdom of HanoverG, in 1837.5
     Johann married Marie Wilhelmine Kokemohr on 23 Oct 1846 in Brockum, Kingdom of HanoverG.4
     Johann and Marie appeared on the Census of Brockum, Kingdom of Hanover, at No. 97, enumerated 3 Dec 1852, with her mother also listed in the household.6
     He was an "Anbauer," or small farmer by 1861. The so called Anbauern belonged to the fourth class of farmers and farms, following the Meier farms, the Köthner farm and the Brinksitzer farms in farm age, farm size, the amount of duties and the rights in the community. Most of the Anbauer farms were founded in the late 18th and early 19th century.7,8 He sponsored the baptism of Friedrich Heinrich Fenker on 8 Sep 1861 in Evangelische Lutherische Kirche, Brockum, Kingdom of HanoverG.9 He sponsored the baptism of Fredrich Henrich Wilhelm Fenker on 27 Jul 1873 in Brockum, German EmpireG.10
     Johann died on 28 Oct 1884 in Brockum, German EmpireG, at age 61.4

     She was baptized on 6 Mar 1825 in Evangelische Lutherische Kirche, Brockum, Kingdom of HanoverG, with Marie Margrethe Engel Fenneker, Marie Engel Schlöke, and Marie Dorothee Wintermann from Lehmbruch as godparents.1
     Marie was confirmed in the Evangelische Lutherische Kirche, Brockum, Kingdom of HanoverG, in 1839, ranking second in her class.9
     Marie married Friedrich Heinrich Rösche, son of Friedrich Heinrich Rösche and Marie Elisabeth Leßmann, on 16 Nov 1849 in Evangelische Lutherische Kirche, Brockum, Kingdom of HanoverG.6,7
     Marie and Friedrich appeared on the Census of Brockum, Kingdom of Hanover, at No. 4b (at a side building of the Lammert Vollköthner farm No. 4), enumerated 3 Dec 1852.10
