     She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Mills Co., Texas, G in the household of her parents, Benjamin E. Chesser and Martha Louisa Ragsdale.12 She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Mullin, Mills Co., Texas, G in the household of her parents.13
     Belva married John Russell Cobb, son of Jefferson Davis Cobb and Mary Ellen Kinsolving, on 30 Sep 1923 in Mills Co., TexasG, with Rev. L. J. Vann officiating.7,8
     Belva and John appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Mills Co., Texas, G in the household of Jefferson Davis Cobb and Mary Ellen Kinsolving, his parents.14
     Belva and John appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Mills Co., Texas G, enumerated 23 Apr 1940, reporting that they were renting their home for $5 per month and had lived in the same place in 1935. His parents were listed as living with them.15
