     Bessie Gertrude Warman was born on 4 Nov 1884 in Pulse, Highland Co., Ohio.7,8,9,10
     She appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Salem Twp., Highland Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents, James H. Warman and Isabelle Baker.4
     Bessie married first Charles Everett Brose, son of William Joseph H. Brose and Edna Caroline Shaffer, on 25 Mar 1903 in Highland Co., Ohio, with Rev. J. W. Keise officiating.11,12
     Bessie and Charles appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Dodson Twp., Highland Co., Ohio, enumerated 30 Apr 1910, reporting they rented their farm. Their children Merle, Myrtle, Audie and James were listed as living with them.23
     Charles filed suit for divorce from Bessie in Highland Co., Ohio, Common Pleas Court in May 1912, on the grounds of adultery. He charged that on 12 Apr 1912 she went to Dayton, where she was living in practically open adultery with Robert E. Reeves. He asked for divorce and that she be enjoined from interfering with the possession of their four children. The divorce was subsequently granted.13,14
     Bessie married second Robert E. Reeves, son of Elijah Reeves and Amy McDaniel, on 21 Oct 1915 in Highland Co., Ohio, with Rev. W. H. Shields. He was the widower of Mona Achor.15,16
     Bessie and Robert appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio, at 17 Sycamore St., enumerated 9 Jan 1920, listed as lodgers, with three others, in the household of the widow Mildred Woodward and her eight-year-old daughter.24
     Bessie filed suit for divorce and temporary alimony against Robert in Montgomery Co., Ohio, common pleas court 6 Nov 1924. She charged that on 1 Oct he had whipped her with a leather belt when she asked for money to buy table supplies. She said he was in the habit of becoming intoxicated and abusing her, and spends his earning in riotous living.25
     That suit was apparently resolved, as she filed suit for divorce and alimony against him again in Montgomery Co., Ohio, common pleas court 15 May 1925. She charged that he stays out all night and comes home in a state of "beastly intoxication."26 Bessie's suit for divorce against Robert was granted 20 Oct 1925 in Montgomery Co., Ohio.17,18,19
     Bessie appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio, at 1143½ Xenia Ave., enumerated 3 Apr 1930, reporting she rented her home, for $20 per month, and did not own a radio.27
     Bessie married third Edward A. Hettrick, son of Philip Hettrick and Elizabeth Hyde, on 6 Dec 1933 in Wayne Co., Indiana, with Donald R. Rankin, justice of the peace, officiating. He was the widower of Lora Armstrong.20,21
     Bessie and Edward appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio, at 105 Lincoln St., enumerated 16 Apr 1940, reporting they rented their home, for $20 per month, and that they had lived in the same city in 1935.28
     Bessie and Edward appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio, at Lincoln St., enumerated 7 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm.29
     Her husband died on 7 Aug 1958 in Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio.30,31
     Bessie died on 29 Feb 1964 in Tucson, Pima Co., Arizona, at age 79.22
