     Elizabeth Kuhlman was born on 5 Feb 1864 in Huntington, Indiana.9,10,11
     She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, in the household of her parents, Frederick Kuhlman and Varena Long.16 She appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, in the household of her parents.5 She appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, in the household of her parents.17
     She was a dressmaker in 1900.18
     She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, in the household of her father.19
     By 1910 she had moved into retail sales, when she a clerk in a dry goods store. By 1930 she said she was a saleslady in a department store, but it's not clear whether she had changed employers or this reflected a change in how such merchants were described.20,21,22
     Elizabeth was named an heir in the will of her father dated 5 Jul 1918, in which she was to receive an equal share in the estate with her seven siblings.23
     Elizabeth appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, in the household of her sister Matilda and her husband, Horace Kiracofe.24 Elizabeth appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Huntington, Huntington Co., Indiana, in the household of her sister Matilda and her husband.25
     Elizabeth apparently continued to live with her sister Matilda and her husband until she moved to Avilla, but she does not appear with them in the 1940 census. Nor does she appear in that census at the Sacred Heart Home.26,27 She moved to the Sacred Heart Home, in Noble Co., Indiana, about 1941.28
     Elizabeth died on 4 Mar 1946 in Sacred Heart Home, Noble Co., Indiana, at age 82.12,13 She was buried on 7 Mar 1946 in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Avilla, Noble Co., Indiana.14,15
