     She appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Dallas Twp., Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania, in the household of her parents, Joseph Souder and Sarah E. Reigle.4
     Olive married Elmer Culver, son of Robert E. Culver and Sarah Hemlock, on 12 Oct 1910 in Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania, with A. A. Nicholson, justice at Harveyville officiating, after receiving the consent of her mother because she was a minor. It seems likely her husband was the son of her step-father.11,12,13
     Olive and Elmer appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Luzerne, Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania, at 492 Vaughn, enumerated 17 Jan 1920, reporting that they were renting their home. Their children Pauline, Glenn, Inez, Harry and Alvin were listed as living with them.21
     Her husband died on 29 Sep 1920 in Nanticoke, Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania.22,13
     Olive married second Bruce Clark Welch, son of George H. Welch and Mary C. Rood, on 4 Mar 1921 in Luzerne Co., Pennsylvania, with L. T. Seward, justice of the peace at Shickshinny officiating. He had previously been married to Liva L. McKeel.14,15,16
