     Ella Ann Christy was born on 28 Sep 1855 near Greensbrug, Indiana.6,7,8
     She appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Marion Twp., Decatur Co., Indiana, in the household of her parents, Churchill G. Christy and Maria Cobb.13
     She moved to Seymour, Jackson Co., with her parents by 1870. She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Seymour, Jackson Co., Indiana, in the household of her parents.14 She appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Seymour, Jackson Co., Indiana, in the household of her parents.15
     She returned to Greensbrug with her parents after 1880, and continued to live with them until her fatal illness. She was preparing for her marriage at the time she died.16
     Ella died on 18 May 1887, at the family residence, West Walnut St., Greensbrug, Indiana, at age 31.9,10 She was buried on 19 May 1887 in South Park Cemetery, Greensburg, Decatur Co., Indiana.11,12
