     Minnie Irene Thomas was born on 2 Oct 1859 in Tennessee.7,8,9
     She appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Montgomery Co., Tennessee, in the household of her parents, Dr. Edwin Ruthven Wallace Thomas and Fredonia Francesca McGinty.17
     She moved to Kentucky with her parents before 1870. She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Covington, Kenton Co., Kentucky, in the household of her parents.18
     She moved to Ohio with her parents before 1880. She appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents.19
     Minnie married Julien Frank Gracey, son of Francis Patten Gracey and Irene Cobb, on 1 May 1884 in Blue Lick Springs, Kentucky.10,11,12
     Minnie and Julien settled in Clarksville after their marriage. They appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Clarksville, Montgomery Co., Tennessee, at 611 Madison Street, enumerated 3 Jun 1900. Their children Louise, Hope, Julien, Frank, Elizabeth, Irene and Donald were listed as living with them, as was his mother, Irene Cobb, and Alice Johnson, a 57-year-old black servant.20
     Minnie and Julien appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Clarksville, Montgomery Co., Tennessee, at 611 Madison Street, enumerated 21 Apr 1910, reporting that they owned their home, mortgage free. Their children Louise, Julien, Frank, Elizabeth, Irene, Donald and Minnie were listed as living with them, as was their married daughter, Hope, and her husband, Howard McLean Perry.21
     Minnie died on 30 Sep 1919 in Clarksville, Montgomery Co., Tennessee, at age 59.13,14 She was buried on 2 Oct 1919 in Greenwood Cemetery, Clarksville, Montgomery Co., Tennessee, in her husband's lot.15,16
