     She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents, Clement Meade Fenker and Margaret Viola Thompson.4 She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents.5
     Her mother died on 23 Mar 1931, when Margaret was 15 years old.22,23,24
     Margaret married first Charles Donald Cox, son of Rufus M. Cox and Jean Matthews, in Aug 1939 in Hamilton Co., Ohio.11,12,13
     She was a lab technician at a hospital, reporting in 1940 she had worked 52 weeks the prior year, earning $930.25
     Margaret and Charles appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 1328 Manss Ave., enumerated 11 Apr 1940, reporting they rented their home, for $32.50 per month, and that he had lived in Manchester, Ohio in 1935, and she had lived in Cincinnati.
