Narrative:

Eliza Anna Sollars was born on 20 Nov 1845 in Fayette Co., OhioG.5,6,7
     She appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Perry Twp., Fayette Co., OhioG, in the household of her parents, Samuel Sollars and Nancy A. Knox.12
     She moved to Highland Co. with her parents between 1850 and 1860. She appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Fairfield Twp., Highland Co., OhioG, in the household of her parents. They had apparently moved close to where her future husband's family was living, as they are listed as the second following household in the census record.13
     Eliza appeared on the 1870 Federal Census in the household of her father and stepmother, Harriet Cox. Her future husband was apparently living close by as he, his brother, and their mother were listed as the preceding household.14
     Eliza married James W. Brady, son of Barzilla Brady and Sophia Santee, about 1871.8,9,10
     Eliza and James appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Fairfield Twp., Highland Co., Ohio G, enumerated 9 Jun 1880. Their children Emmerson, Adaline, and Laura were listed as living with them.15
     Eliza and James appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Fairfield Twp., Highland Co., Ohio G, enumerated 8 Jun 1900, reporting that they owned their farm, free of mortgage. Their children Emmerson and Adaline were listed as living with them, Their daughter Laura and her husband were apprently living in the same neighborhood, as they were listed as the fifth following household in the census record.16
     Eliza and James appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Fairfield Twp., Highland Co., Ohio G, enumerated 9 May 1910, reporting that they owned their farm, free of mortgage. Their son Emmerson was listed as living with them.17
     Eliza and James appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Fairfield Twp., Highland Co., Ohio G, enumerated 7 Feb 1920, reporting that they owned their farm, free of mortgage. Their son Emmerson was listed as living with them.18
     Her husband died on 13 Dec 1927 in Fairfield Twp., Highland Co., OhioG.19
     Eliza appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Fairfield Twp., Highland Co., Ohio G, enumerated 18 Apr 1930, reporting that she owned a home valued at $6,000 and owned a radio. Her children Emmerson and Adaline were listed as living with her.20
     Eliza died on 28 Jan 1936 in Fairfield Twp., Highland Co., OhioG, at age 90.11 She was buried on 31 Jan 1936 in Greenfield, Highland Co., OhioG.11
