Narrative:

Daniel G. Moler was born in Jun 1856 in Jefferson Co., VirginiaG.4,5,6
     He appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Jefferson Co., West VirginiaG, in the household of his parents, Robert W. Moler and Thursday M. Strider.11 He appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Bolivar Twp., Jefferson Co., West VirginiaG, in the household of his parents.12
     Daniel married Flora Ella D. Chesnut, daughter of John Chesnut and Elizabeth Jane Flora, on 14 Mar 1888 in Martinsburg, West VirginiaG, with John Edwards officiating.7,8
     Daniel and Flora moved to MarylandG about 1893 with their two young sons.13 They appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Brunswick, Frederick Co., Maryland G, enumerated 24 Jun 1900, reporting they were renting their home. Their children Archibald, Leslie, Bessie, and Harry were listed as living with them, as was her brother George.2
     Daniel and Flora appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Brunswick, Frederick Co., Maryland, on B St. G, enumerated 26 Apr 1910, reporting they owned their home, which was mortgaged. Their children Archibald, Bessie, Harry, Vernon, Albert, and Ronald were listed as living with them, as was her brother George.14
     He was an employee of a railroad when he married, and by 1900 was an engineer. By 1910 he was an engine inspector in the railroad shop.15,16,17
     Daniel died on 5 Jun 1917 in Frederick Co., MarylandG, at age ~61.9 He was buried in Park Heights Cemetery, Brunswick, Frederick Co., MarylandG.10
