Frances C. Hoblitzell was born on 22 Dec 1894 in Ohio Co., West VirginiaG.4,5,6
     The family has not been found in the 1900 census. But they do appear in the 1907-1908 city directory of Marietta, Ohio, living at 214½ Fifth St.13
     Her father died in 1908, when Frances was about 14 years old.14 Frances and her mother have not been found in the 1910 census. But they do appear in the 1910 city directory of Marietta, Ohio, still living at 214½ N. Fifth St. G.15
     Frances married Davis Henry Tuck, son of Davis Green Tuck and Alice Steger, on 6 Aug 1913 in Washington, District of ColumbiaG.7,8,9
     Frances and Davis appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Leonia, Bergen Co., New Jersey, at 124 Sylvan Ave. G, enumerated 7 Jan 1920, reporting that they owned their home. Their children Richard and Mary were listed as living with them, as was her mother, Frances.16
     Frances and Davis appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Leonia, Bergen Co., New Jersey G, at 126 Sylvan Ave., enumerated 24 Apr 1930, reporting that they owned a home valued at $8,000, and did not own a radio. Their children Richard and Mary were listed as living with them, as was her mother, Frances.17
     Frances and Davis were divorced about 1935.10,11
     Frances appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Norwalk, Fairfield Co., Connecticut G, at 13 Elm St., enumerated 5 Apr 1940, reporting that she rented her home, for $39 per month. Her daughter Mary was listed as living with her. They reported they had lived in the same city in 1935.18
     Frances died on 11 Nov 1989 in Christian Co., KentuckyG, at age 94.12
