Jessie Myrtle Welburn was born on 23 Nov 1914 in Dixon, NebraskaG.4,5,6 Jessie was apparently named Myrtle Jessie at birth, but from a young age she was known as Jessie Myrtle.22,1
     Her mother died on 2 Oct 1918, when Jessie was 3 years old.23,24,25 She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Concord, Dixon Co., Nebraska, G in the household of her father, Samuel James Welburn.26
     Jessie married first Adin Ralph Reigel, son of Ralph Orzben Reigel and Edith Jennie Roberts, on 23 Nov 1929 in Medford, OregonG, with W. H. Eaton offciating.7,8,9
     Jessie and Adin Ralph Reigel appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Ashland, Jackson Co., Oregon G, at 160 Nob Hill St., enumerated 8 Apr 1930, reporting that they rented their home for $15 per month, and did not have a radio. The household included a roomer, a 73 year old widow who was a practical nurse.27
     Jessie and Adin moved to Orland, CaliforniaG, by 1932, when their daughter was born.28,29
     Jessie and Adin separated about 1935.30
     Jessie married second Glenn William Fryer, son of Edward Fryer and Fay Marie Sadie, between 1935 and 1940. He had previously been married to Myrtle May Dade.10,11,12
     Jessie and Glenn appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Orland, Glenn Co., California G, on Railroad Ave., enumerated 10 Apr 1940, reporting they were renting their home, for $16 per month. His children by his prior marriage, Edythe and Glen, were listed as living with them. He reported he had lived in the same town in 1935, while she reported she had lived in a rural part of the county.31
     Jessie and Adin were divorced on 29 Sep 1942 in Coos Co., OregonG. He had filed a petition 31 Jul 1942 on grounds she had deserted him 15 Jul 1941. She did not contest.13,14,15
     Jessie and Glenn moved to Live Oak, CaliforniaG, about 1946.32,33
     Jessie and Glenn appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Live Oak, Sutter Co., California, on Archer Ave. G, enumerated 3 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm. His son Glen was listed as living with them.34
     Glenn died on 7 Dec 1952 in Penny's Landing, Rio Vista, Solano Co., CaliforniaG.35,36
     Jessie married third Clarence W. Wreyford, son of William Joseph Wreyford and Evelena Love, on 19 Apr 1955 in Carson City, NevadaG.16,17
     Jessie filed for divorce from Clarence in Jan 1956 in Sacramento Co., CaliforniaG, which was subsequently granted.18,19
     Jessie died on 30 Oct 1976 in Fair Oaks, Sacramento Co., CaliforniaG, at age 61.20,21
