20 Horace was named an executor in the will of his father dated 10 Sep 1815, along with Col. William Fuller. He was also an heir, to receive an equal share with his sisters of the furniture left to his mother after her death.
21 Horace married first Thankful Bascom, daughter of Artemidorus Bascom and Chloe Hulburd, on 17 Oct 1820.
