     She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Pocatello, Bannock Co., Idaho, G in the household of her parents, David Levi Riggs and Dora Ethel Bostwick.10 She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Portland, Multnomah Co., Oregon G, in the household of her parents.11
     Ruth married Kenneth Ivan Reigel, son of Frank William Reigel and Emma Sophia Gapsch, on 3 Jun 1937 in Stevenson, Skamania Co., WashingtonG, Rev. E. Williams, a Congregational minister, officiating.7,4

     Ruth and Kenneth developed a nursery on the RainierG property, calling it the West Rainier Nursery. They raised shrubs for sales at wholesale and planed and installed landscaping.24,25,26
     Her husband died on 31 Dec 1990 in Longview, Cowlitz Co., WashingtonG.27,28
     Ruth died on 23 Oct 2010 at age 92.8 She was buried in Green Mountain Cemetery, Rainier, Columbia Co., OregonG.9

Once the fair opened in 1974 she warmly hosted visiting relatives. Curiously, she warned her guests to avoid the "foreign food" offered there and sent them off with generous breakfasts, to the consternation of those who viewed the unfamiliar food offerings as part of the attraction of the fair.26
      In 1997 Naomi moved to Battle Ground, WashingtonG, where her son and his family were living.10
