On 20 May 1817, before leaving Pawlet, Joshua and Hannah sold her inheritance from David Edgerton, for $110. He was presumably her brother who had died in 1813. On 21 May 1823, after they had moved to Vernon, they sold their interest in the two acres in Pawlet left to her mother from her father's estate to Simeon Edgerton, presumably her brother of that name, for $36.
