Frank Peter Berry was born on 18 Nov 1887 in Leavenworth, Kansas.9,10,11,12It appears that his birth name was Francis Pierre, though he used Francis only for the most formal documents, and Pierre, if that was really his middle name, appears only on his death records. For most records he used Frank as his first name and Peter as his middle name.7,3,21
