Luretta E. Noble was born in Aug 1877 in Missouri.6,7,8She appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Mars Hill Twp., Washington Co., Alabama, in the household of her parents, John W. Noble and Margaret [surname unknown].4
Luretta married first Charles Baird on 22 Feb 1893 in Ray Co., Missouri.9,10
Luretta and Charles moved to Oklahoma Territory between 1897 and 1900 with their two children. They appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Perkins Twp., Payne Co., Oklahoma Territory, enumerated 8 Jun 1900. Their children Vera and James were listed as living with them.24
Luretta and Charles appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Stillwater Twp., Payne Co., Oklahoma, enumerated 25 Apr 1910. Their children Vera, James, Thomas and Omar were listed as living with them.25
Charles filed suit against Frank V. Tyler in Payne Co., Oklahoma, district court, charging alenation of his wife's affections and asking for $10,000 in damages. The suit was decided 21 Oct 1910, in favor of the defendant.26
It appears Luretta and Charles were divorced, but no record of the divorce has been found.
Luretta and Frank moved to Hessel, Sonoma Co., California, apparently only long enough to establish residency there to be married, then they returned Oklahoma.27
Luretta married second Frank V. Tyler, son of John Tyler and Eliza Spencer, on 23 Aug 1911 in Santa Rosa, Sonoma Co., California, with W. P. Bagley, city recorder of Santa Rosa, officiating. He had previously been married to Mary Runner.11,12,13
Luretta, and presumably Frank, were living in Coyle, Oklahoma, as late as 1918 and probably later, as her son Omar was buried there in 1919. They moved to Washington by 1920.28,29
Luretta and Frank moved to Washington by 1920. They appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Clark Co., Washington, enumerated 26 Jan 1920, reporting that they owned their home, free of mortgage. Their son Earld was listed as living with them.30
Luretta and Frank moved to Oregon by 1930. They appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Linn Co., Oregon, enumerated 5 Apr 1930, reporting that they owned their home and did not own a radio. Their son Earld was listed as living with them.31
Luretta filed for divorce from Frank on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment 11 Jan 1934. She petitioned for division of their 200-acre farm, which she said was bought with the funds of each of them, and they had agreed at the time each would have half of it.32 Luretta and Frank were divorced on 27 Mar 1934 in Linn Co., Oregon.14,15 The farm was evidently divided as she requested, in Apr 1934.33
Luretta has not been found in the 1940 census, though she is reputed to have continued to live in Linn Co., Oregon. She is not listed with either of her two children who lived in that region.
Luretta married third Luther John Mounts, son of Thomas Mounts and Allice Allen, on 1 Sep 1940 in Harrisburg, Lane Co., Oregon, at her home, with Rev. Erwin A. Harris officiating. He had previously been married to Helena M. E. Bomar.16,17,18
Luther died on 21 Jul 1941 in Albany, Linn Co., Oregon, from injuries from when he fell from a load of hay two days before.34
Luretta married fourth Paul Ralph Bloomer on 31 Oct 1943 in Eugene, Lane Co., Oregon, with Clinton Hurd, county judge, officiating. He had previously been married to Clara B. Emery.19,20,21
