     Charles Edgar Angell was born on 5 Jul 1855 in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory.7,8,9
     He appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory, in the household of his parents, Truman Osborn Angell and Susan Eliza Savage.18 He appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory, in the household of his parents.19 He appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah Territory, in the household of his parents.20
     Charles married Imogene Hall Cummings, daughter of Benjamin Franklin Cummings and Catherine Hall, on 8 Mar 1883 in Salt Lake City, Utah Territory.10,11,12
     Charles and Imogene moved to 68 E Sixth St., Salt Lake City, after their marriage.21 By 1890 they had moved to 431 E Second South.22
     About 1898 Charles and Imogene moved to 1271 E S Temple St.23 They appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake Co., Utah, at 1271 E S Temple St., enumerated 8 Jun 1900, reporting that they rented their home. Their children Charles, Imogene, Stella, Austin and Howard were listed as living with them.24
     Charles and his children moved to 841 E Ninth South about the time of his wife's death.25
     His wife died on 28 Aug 1903 in Silver Lake, Utah.26,27,28 He and his children moved to 267 Canyon Rd. by 1907.29
     He was a clerk as a young man, engaged in the lumber business by 1883, apparently remaining in or returning to that business for many years while engaging in other lines of work. In 1890 he was listed as in real estate. From 1894 to 1896 he was sexton of the City Cemetery. In 1897 he was listed as president of Silver State Mining & Milling Co. The following year someone else held that position and he was listed as a lumberman again.30,31,32,33,34,35
     He became a salesman for Western Moline Plow Co., a dealer in agricultural implements, about 1900. In 1904 his occupation was listed as mining and the following year as a tankman for the water works. In 1907 he was the manger of Mellen Lime & Supply Co. located at 37 S W Temple. By 1909 he became a right-of-way agent for the Rocky Mountain Bell Telephone Company.36,37,38,39
     Charles died on 12 Feb 1910 in 253 Fifth Ave., Salt Lake City, Utah, at age 54, at his home.13,14,15 He was buried on 15 Feb 1910 in Salt Lake City Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Utah.16,17
