     Rev. Glenn Howard Hulsebus was born on 29 Jun 1915 in Buck Grove, Iowa.7,8,9
     His father died on 13 Jan 1919, when Glenn was 3 years old.14,15 He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Washington Twp., Crawford Co., Iowa, in the household of his mother, Mary M. Beckman.5
     He appeared on the 1925 State Census of Washington, Crawford Co., Iowa, in the household of his mother.4 He appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Washington Twp., Crawford Co., Iowa, in the household of his mother.6 He appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Washington Twp., Crawford Co., Iowa, in the household of his mother, but was marked as absent from the household.16
     Glenn married Helen Kathryn Grosenbach, daughter of William Henry Grosenbach and Laura Angelina Glabe, on 21 Jun 1942 in Peoria, Illinois.10,11
     Glenn and Helen settled in Iowa after their marriage, living in various towns following his ministry.
     Glenn and Helen appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Maxwell, Story Co., Iowa, at South, enumerated 7 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm.Their four children were listed as living with them.17
