     Helen Minerva George was born on 20 Dec 1910 in Marengo, Illinois.8,9,10
     She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Marengo, McHenry Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents, LeMont Ward George and Winifred Lydia York.4 She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Marengo, McHenry Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents.5
     Helen married LeRoy William Grosenbach, son of William Henry Grosenbach and Laura Angelina Glabe, on 25 Dec 1932 in Elgin, Illinois.11,12,8
     Helen and LeRoy moved to Tazewell Co. about 1934. They appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Washington, Tazewell Co., Illinois, enumerated 16 Apr 1940, reporting they owned a home valued at $600, and that they had lived in Marengo, McHenry Co., in 1935. Their two children were listed as living with them. They were apparently living near his parents, as they were listed as the next household.15
     Helen and LeRoy moved to California about 1941. By 1947 they were living at 2130 Casitas Ave., Altadena.16
     Helen and LeRoy appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Altadena Twp., Los Angeles Co., California, at 2130 Vermont, enumerated 8 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm. Their five living children were listed as living with them.17
     Helen and LeRoy moved to 1933 Maiden Lane by 1962.18
     Helen and LeRoy moved to Arroyo Grande in 1972, where they lived at 601 Del Sol St..19,20
     Her husband died on 2 Jan 1999 in Arroyo Grande, California.21,22
     Helen died on 29 Oct 2000 at age 89.13 She was buried in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Morton, Tazewell Co., Illinois.14
