     Isabelle Helen Stewart was born on 13 Jan 1915 in Chicago, Illinois.10,11,12
     She appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Maywood, Cook Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents, John Alexander Stewart and Helen Mary Henry.5 She appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of River Forest, Cook Co., Illinois, in the household of her parents.6
     After a year at the University of Illinois, the depression forced her to leave school and work in her father's drug store in Naperville. There she met her future husband, who was attending North Central College there.7
     Isabelle married Emerson Edward Vaubel, son of Rev. Edward George Vaubel and Catherine Angelia Glabe, on 3 Oct 1935 at her parents' home in Naperville, Illinois, with his father officiating.13,14,15,16 They were also recorded as married 18 Nov 1935 in Cook Co., Illinois. Why they were married again is unknown.20
     Isabelle and Emerson appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Freeport, Stephenson Co., Illinois, at 116½ N. Grove St, enumerated 19 Apr 1940, reporting they rented their home, for $35 per month. Their daughter was listed as living with them, as was Savina Miller, a domestic, listed as a lodger.21
     Isabelle and Emerson moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1944.7 They appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Leetsdale, Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania, at 142 Victory Lane, enumerated 3 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm. Their three children were listed as living with them.22
     Isabelle became an interviewer for National Opinion Research Company after her youngest daughter started high school.7
     Isabelle and Emerson moved to Brunswick, Ohio, in the 1970's.7
     Her husband died on 12 Oct 1992 in Middleburg Heights, Cuyahoga Co., Ohio.23
     Isabelle moved to Richland, Washington, about 2003.24
     Isabelle died on 1 Apr 2007 in Richland, Benton Co., Washington, at age 92.17,18,19
