     Her father died before 1910, when Margaretta was less than 15 years old.24
     She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of San Antonio, Bexar Co., Texas, in the household of her mother.6
     Margaretta married first Cecil Victor Schirmacher, son of Theodore Schirmacher and Frances Ling, on 8 Sep 1919 in Bexar Co., Texas, with Rev. C. Wesley Weldell officiating.10,11
     Margaretta and Cecil appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of San Antonio, Bexar Co., Texas, at 112 Monroe St., enumerated 14 Jan 1920, reporting they rented their home.25
     Margaretta and Cecil were divorced, apparently, in late 1920 or early 1921. No record of the divorce has been found, but he remarried 16 Mar 1921, and she resumed use of her maiden name.12

     Margaretta and William appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Redding, Shasta Co., California, enumerated 10 Apr 1930, reporting they rented their home, for $25 per month, and did not own a radio. Her daughter Odette was listed as living with them, as was his mother.26
     Her second husband died on 20 Feb 1931 in Redding, Shasta Co., California.27,28,29
     After the death of her husband, Margaretta and her daughter Odette went to North Dakota for his burial, then returned to Texas to live with her parents.30

     Margaretta and Robert appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California, at 4600 Cimarron St., enumerated 11 Apr 1940, in the home of his aunt, Florence A Chase. They reported that they had lived in the same city in 1935.31
     Her third husband died on 15 Mar 1945 in Los Angeles Co., California.32

     Margaretta married fourth Albert Allen Brown, son of James S. Brown and Anna M. Humphrey. He was the widower of Edna Catherine Glabe.17,18
     Margaretta and Albert appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California, at 1834 43rd St., enumerated 16 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm. His son Albert was listed as living with them.33
     Margaretta and Albert were living in 7124 E. Pellet, Downey, California, at the time of his death.34 She was listed in the 1968 Downey city directory, the last one available, still living at that address.35
     Margaretta died on 2 Jan 1974 in Los Angeles Co., California, at age 78.19,20 She was buried in Saint Clement's Church Crypt, Honolulu, Honolulu Co., Hawaii, with her daughter Odette and her husband.21
