     Jessie appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Chambersburg, Franklin Co., Pennsylvania, at 325 East King St., enumerated 3 Apr 1930, reporting she was renting her home, for $15 per month, and did not own a radio. Leona I. Skinner, a stenographer, is listed as a roomer in her home.12
