     Kelley Bolton was born on 16 Nov 1887 in Big Reedy, Butler Co., Kentucky.4,5,6
     Kelley married Eulah M. Renfrow, daughter of Starlin C. Renfrow and Susan E. Blunk, about 1908 in Kentucky.7,8,9
     Kelley registered for the draft for World War I on 5 Jun 1917, while living in Big Reedy, Kentucky, reporting he was employed in farming.13
     Kelley and Eulah appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Sulphur Springs, Edmonson Co., Kentucky, enumerated 2 Jan 1920, reporting that they owned their farm, free of mortgage. Their children Rebecca, Gilbert, Mary, Ines and William were listed as living with them.1
     Kelley and Eulah moved their family to Iowa about 1921. They appeared on the 1925 State Census of Monroe, Fremont Co., Iowa, reporting that they were renting their home. Their children Rebecca, Gilbert, Mary, Ines, Samuel and Human were listed as living with them.3
     They moved their family to Missouri about 1926. They appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Jefferson Twp., Johnson Co., Missouri, enumerated 17 Apr 1930, reporting that they owned their farm. Their children Gilbert, Mary, Ines, Samuel and Freda were listed as living with them.14
     Kelley and Eulah and their family returned to Iowa about 1931. They appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Monroe Twp., Fremont Co., Iowa, enumerated 6 Apr 1940, reporting that they were renting their home, for $5 per month, and had lived in the same home in 1935. Four of their children were listed as living with them.15
     He was a farmer. In 1940 he reported he had worked 60 hours the last week of March.1,16,14,15 He registered for the draft for World War II on 27 Apr 1942, while living at Beaconsfield, Ringgold Co., Iowa, reporting he was self employed.17 In the 1950 census he reported he had worked 50 hours the prior week.18
     Kelley and Eulah appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Union, Union Co., Iowa, at Sycomon St., enumerated 2 May 1950, reporting they lived on a farm. Their youngest daughter was listed as living with them.19
     His wife died in 1965.20
     Kelley died in Oct 1973 at age 85.10,11 He was buried in Greenlawn Cemetery, Afton, Union Co., Iowa.12
