Research Note, 23 Sep 2014:
Francis has been reported to have died 4 May 1933 in Phoenix, Arizona. However the death certificated for the Francis Marion Arnold who died there shows his birth date as 25 Oct 1846, shows his parents as Benjamin Arnold and Mary Ann Peak, and his buial at Forest Lawn Cemetery, presumable the one in Phoenix. Either the details on this death certificate are terribly wrong, or this was a different person.31
