Cooper Turner Jr. was born on 9 Dec 1905 in Memphis, Shelby Co., Tennessee.7,8,9 Cooper and Elizabeth were twins.He appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Memphis, Shelby Co., Tennessee, in the household of his parents, Cooper Turner and Elizabeth Tuck Bacon.3 He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Memphis, Tennessee in the household of his parents.4 He appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Memphis, Tennessee in the household of his parents.16
Cooper married Eugenia Amelia Morrison, daughter of John J. Morrison and Amelia K. [surname unknown], on 29 Jun 1937 in Shelby Co., Tennessee, with Rev. Marion Schwaller officiating.10,11,12
Cooper and Eugenia appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Memphis, Shelby Co., Tennessee, at 239 S. Watkins St., enumerated 5 Apr 1940, reporting that they owned a home valued at $4,500 and that they had lived in the same city in 1935. Their daughter Cooper was listed as living with them.17
