     Frank Akins Cobb was born on 5 Dec 1898 in Lyon Co., Kentucky.8,9,10
     He appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Kuttawa, Lyon Co., Kentucky, in the household of his parents, Jefferson Davis Cobb and Mary Ellen Kinsolving.5
     He moved to Texas with his parents before 1910. He appeared on the 1910 Federal Census Texas in the household of his parents.6
     Frank registered for the draft for World War I on 12 Sep 1918, while living at Mullin, Texas, reporting he was employed in farming by his father.2
     He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census Texas in the household of his parents.14
     Frank married Lillian Davis, daughter of Sam Houston Davis and Mary Elizabeth Boase, on 21 Oct 1922 in Brown Co., Texas, with Rev. L. J. Vann officiating.11,12
     Frank and Lillian appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Mills Co., Texas, on Hann Valley Rd., enumerated 29 Apr 1930, reporting that they rented their home, and owned a radio. Their children Frank, Mary and Jeff were listed as living with them.15
     Frank and Lillian appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Mills Co., Texas, on Jackson Crossing Rd., enumerated 15 Apr 1940, reporting that they were renting their home, for $5 per month, and that they had lived in the same house in 1935. Their five children were listed as living with them.16
     Frank registered for the draft for World War II on 16 Feb 1942, while living at Mullin, Mills Co., Texas, reporting he was employed by himself.3
     He was a farmer. In 1940 he reported he had worked 70 hours the last week of March, and had worked 45 weeks the prior year, earning $200. He later became a maintenance worker on a railroad.17,18,19
     His wife died on 5 Jan 1963 in San Saba, San Saba Co., Texas.20
     Frank died on 2 Jan 1973 in Goldthwaite, Mills Co., Texas, at age 74.13 He was buried on 4 Jan 1973 in Oakview Cemetery, Mullin, Mills Co., Texas.4
