     He moved to Wichita Falls, Texas, in 1884 with his parents.5 He appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Wichita Falls, Texas in the household of his parents.2
     Percy appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., Texas, enumerated 13 May 1910, one of 21 roomers living with John and May Jutor.15
     He was a traveling salesman in 1900, selling groceries by 1910.16,17
     Percy registered for the draft for World War I on 12 Sep 1918, while living at 2110 10th St., Wichita Falls, Wichita Co., Texas, reporting he was employed by Craig Auto Supply, in Wichita Falls.18
     He was a book-keeper for an automotive supply company by 1920.19
