Narrative:

Anna Maria Regina Wiemann was born on 13 Nov 1810 in Hilter, Kurfürstentum Hannover.1,4
She was baptized on 15 Nov 1810 in Johannes der Täufer Kirche, Hilter, Kurfürstentum Hannover, with Anna Regina Stocks (married Wiemann), Johann Henrich Siep, and Anna Margretha Niebrüggens as godparents.1
Anna's brother Jobst applied for permission for her, her sister Louise, and their mother to emigrate to America with him and his intended wife. The application was approved 27 Jul 1842.5
Anna arrived in Baltimore on 11 Oct 1842, aboard the Casper, having departed from Bremen, with her mother, sister, and her older brother Jobst and his wife.6,7
It seems likely that Anna located in the Cincinnati area with her mother and sister. But no further record of her has been found. It appears she either died or married before 1850, as she was not listed in the 1850 census with any of her relatives, nor found under her maiden name in any other household. But no marriage or death record for her has been located.

  6. [S1321] Casper arrival 11 Oct 1842, Passenger Lists, Baltimore, 1820-1891, pg 6. Shows the head of the party as F. H. Wiemann, with Wilhelmine next, apparently his wife, and three other family members not otherwise known. The initials would be expected to be J. H., casting doubt on whether this is the right party. But the name of the wife, together with two Kammann families, the surname of Joseph's wife, also being listed suggest this is the correct family.
