     Mary Lillie Cheetham was born on 3 Jan 1890 in New Streatsville, Perry Co., Ohio.8,9,10
     She appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of New Streatsville, Perry Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents, John Cheetham and Eve Rushton.4 She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of New Straitsville, Perry Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents.5
     She was at one time a teacher in a one room school. She then became a nurse, training at White Cross Hospital in Columbus, and for a while after her marriage assisted in her husband's practice.18
     Mary married Dr. William Tarvin Fenker, son of Albert August Fenker and Mary Grant Hillebrandt, on 5 May 1917 in Monroe Co., Michigan, with Rev. F. A. Lendrum, Methodist Episcopal minister, officiating.11,12,13
