     He appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Oakley, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents, Fredrich Henrich Wilhelm Fenker and Louisa Wilhelmina Ruscher.4 He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents.5
     He was molder at a brass foundry in 1920.5
     He appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents.19
     He was a truck driver at a lumber yard by in 1930, reporting in 1940 he had worked 45 hours the last week of March, and 52 weeks the prior year, earning $1,800.20,21
