     Clarence Christian Fenker was born on 1 May 1905 in Cincinnati, Ohio.8,9,10
     He appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Oakley, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents, Fredrich Henrich Wilhelm Fenker and Louisa Wilhelmina Ruscher.4 He appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, in the household of his parents.5
     Clarence married Marie Elizabeth Blaurock, daughter of Nicholas S. Blaurock and Barbara Suzanna Kremer, and sister of the woman his cousin Edward Gerhardt John Kellerman would marry the next year, on 4 Jul 1928 in Hamilton Co., Ohio, with Rev. Timothy J. Deasy, Catholic priest, officiating.11,12,13
     Clarence and Marie appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 3327M Alamo Ave., enumerated 17 Apr 1930, reporting that the family rented it's home for $26 monthly, and did not have a radio. Their daughter Barbara was listed as living with them.18
     He was a draughtsman when he married, and a laborer for a cement contractor by 1930.19,20
     Clarence and Marie appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Bridgetown, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 142 Sidney Road, enumerated 10 Jun 1940, reporting they were renting their home, for $20 per month, and that they had lived in Cincinnati in 1935. Their children were listed as living with them.21
     He was a shipping clerk for a wholesale lumber company by 1940, when he reported he had been out of work 85 weeks.22 He registered for the draft for World War II on 16 Oct 1940, while living on Sidney Rd., Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, reporting he was employed by Cincinnati Milling Machine Co., in Cincinnati.3
     Clarence and Marie moved to Newport, Kentucky by 1954, when they were living at 1083 Water Works Rd.. He was working as a bartender.23
     He was later a night supervisor at Paul Stegeman.24
     Clarence and Marie were living in 19 Fairfield Ave., Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, at the time of his death.25
     Clarence died on 17 Dec 1962 in Dayton, Campbell Co., Kentucky, at age 57.14,15 He was buried on 20 Dec 1962 in St. Stephens Cemetery, Ft. Thomas, Campbell Co., Kentucky.16,17
