     She appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Oxford Twp, Oakland Co., Michigan, in the household of her parents, Albert August Fenker and Mary Grant Hillebrandt.4
     She moved to Detroit with her parents by 1903.19,20 She moved to Columbus, Ohio, with her parents by 1906.21,22,23 She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents.5
     Ruth married Edward Pryce Fischer, son of Christian George Frederick Fischer and Laura Jane Pryce, on 15 Dec 1915 in Franklin Co., Ohio, with Rev. David F. Bent officiating.11,12,13
     Ruth and Edward moved to Scioto Co. by 1920. They appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Portsmouth, Scioto Co., Ohio, at 1514 Fourth St., enumerated 7 Jan 1920. Their daughter Ruth was listed as living with them.24
