Mable Clarice Price was born on 7 Feb 1901 in Page Co., VirginiaG.4,5,6
     She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Luray, Page Co., Virginia, G in the household of her parents, Edward William Price and Maggie Elizabeth Smith.15
     Mable married first William Clyde Dovel, son of Russell Victor Dovel and Buena V. Louderback, about 1918.7,8
     Mable and William appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Marksville, Page Co., Virginia, G in the household of Russell Victor Dovel and Buena V. Louderback, his parents, with their daughter Evelyn.16
     Mable and William appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Washington, District of Columbia, at 3033 16th G, enumerated 12 May 1930, reporting they rented their home, for $68.50 per month, and owned a radio. Their daughter Evelyn was listed as living with them, as was Annie Gregory, a 30-year-old school dietitian, who was listed as a lodger.17
     Mable and William were divorced before 1940.9
     Mable appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Washington, District of Columbia, G in the household of her daughter Evelyn and her husband, Josef G. Yaeger.18
     Mable married second Harry William Finker, son of Friedrich August Fenker and Friederike Luise Wilhelmine Schlüter, before 1954.10,11,12
     Mable and Harry lived Los Angeles for a time after their marriage, living at 4270 Kansas Ave. G about 1954. Whether she came to California because he lived there, or came earlier and met him there, is unknown.10
     Mable and Harry moved to VirginiaG, her home state, at some point, but when is unknown. No record has been found of them there before their deaths. But it seems likely they moved in the late 1950's, as they do not appear in the California voter registration lists after 1956.19
     Mable died on 2 Dec 1970 in Luray, Page Co., VirginiaG, at age 69.6,13 She was buried in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Luray, Page Co., VirginiaG.14
