At her death his half interest to be divided equally between his four daughters. All the household goods were to go to his wife. All the rest of is estate, real and personal, was to be sold, and together with any money invested in government bonds. The income from them to go to his wife for her support, and if not sufficient she had the right to use them for support. At her death the remainder of his estate was to be divided equally between his four daughters. He appointed his daughter Lemma and son-in-law Melvin C. Smith, husband of his daughter Frances as executors.³³
