Margaret Lura Hawkins was born on 6 Nov 1899 in TennesseeG.4,5,6
     She used her middle name, Lura, at times, even in some formal documents.11,1,12
     She appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Montgomery Co., Tennessee, G in the household of her parents, William N. Hawkins and Addie Johnson Riggins.13 She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Montgomery Co., Tennessee, G in the household of her parents.14
     Margaret appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Clarksville, Montgomery Co., Tennessee, at 109 Main G, enumerated 5 Jan 1920, listed as a roomer in the household of George W. Blankenship and his wife.15
     She was a clerk in a drug store before she married.16
     Margaret married Frank Patten Gracey, son of Julien Frank Gracey and Minnie Irene Thomas, on 14 Jan 1928 in Montgomery Co., TennesseeG, with W. B. Corlew, justice of the peace, officiating.7,8,9
     Margaret and Frank settled in Detroit, MichiganG, after their marriage. What took them there is unknown.17,18
     Margaret and Frank returned to Tennessee by 1930. They appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Clarksville, Montgomery Co., Tennessee, at 104 Greenwood Ave. G, enumerated 5 Apr 1930, reporting they rented their home, for $35.00 per month, and owned a radio.19
     Margaret and Frank appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Clarksville, Montgomery Co., Tennessee, at 417 Greenwood Ave. G, enumerated 8 Apr 1940, reporting they rented their home, for $25 per month, and that they had lived in rural Montgomery Co. in 1935. Their son Frank was listed as living with them.20
     Margaret and Frank moved to Riverside, CaliforniaG, where their son was living, in 1958.21
     Her husband died on 17 Feb 1967 in Riverside Co., CaliforniaG.22,23,24
     Margaret died in Nov 1983 at age ~84.10
