Jessie Blanch Billiter was born on 9 Oct 1881 in Cincinnati, OhioG.4,5,6,7
     She appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, G in the household of her parents, Allen Billiter and Mary Ann Burnett.15
     She was a stenographer for a paint and glass business before her marriage.16
     Jessie married Alfred William Fenker, son of John William Fenker and Amelia Louise Wieman, on 14 Jun 1910 in Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OhioG, with Rev. W. D. Malcom, minister of the Presbyterian Church.8,9,10
     Jessie and Alfred appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 1615 Potter Place G, enumerated 3 Jan 1920, with Jessie's mother, Mary Ann Burnett, listed as living with them.17
     Jessie and Alfred appeared on the 1930 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 2622 Grover Hill Ave. G, enumerated 9 Apr 1930, reporting the family owned a home worth $8,000, and a radio set. Their children Edward and Mildred were listed as living with them, Jessie's mother, Mary Ann Burnett, was also in the household.18
     Jessie and Alfred appeared on the 1940 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at 2622 Grover Hill G, enumerated 3 May 1940, reporting they owned a home valued at $6,000, and that they had lived in the same house in 1935. Their children Edward and Mildred were listed as living with them, as was her mother.19
     She was a bookkeeper at the city auditor's office, working there 35 years. She reported in 1940 she had worked 43 hours the last week of March, and 52 weeks the prior year, earning $1,800.20,21,22
     Jessie and Alfred appeared on the 1950 Federal Census of Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., Ohio, at Grover Hill Ave. G, enumerated 15 Apr 1950, reporting they lived in a home that was not on a farm and they lived in the same house the year before.23
     Her husband died on 8 Feb 1954 in 5535 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OhioG.24,25,26
     Jessie was living in 2622 Grover Hill Ave., Cincinnati, OhioG, at the time of her death.14
     Jessie died on 22 May 1973 in 4625 Burley Hills Dr., Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OhioG, at age 91.11,12,13 She was buried on 25 May 1973 in Cemetery of Spring Grove, Cincinnati, Hamilton Co., OhioG, in the family plot owned by her mother-in-law, Amelia Fenker.14
