     Beulah Lyon Skinner was born in 1811 in Caldwell Co., Kentucky.9,10,11
     She was named an heir in the will of her father, Dr. Henry Skinner dated 10 Jun 1819 in Eddyville, to receive an equal share, with her mother and brother, of his personal property, land and negros and half her mother's share at her death.15
     Her father died on 23 Jun 1819, when Beulah was about 8 years old.16,17,18
     She was named an heir in the will of her mother, Aurelia Lyon, dated 15 Sep 1821, to receive, equally with her brother, all property other than the negro girl Jane.8
     Her mother died on 22 Sep 1821, when Beulah was about 10 years old.19,20,21
     Beulah appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Caldwell Co., Kentucky, in the household of her brother Frederick and his wife, Helen M. Catlett.22,23 She appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Eddyville, Lyon Co., Kentucky, in the household of her brother Frederick and his wife.24,25
     She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Eddyville, Lyon Co., Kentucky, in the household of her brother Frederick and his wife.26 She appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Eddyville, Lyon Co., Kentucky, in the household of her brother and his wife.27
     Beulah died on 10 May 1899 in 4247 Washington Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri, at the home of her niece, Aurelia Skinner, and her husband William T. Bartley Jr.12,13 She was buried in Riverview Cemetery, Eddyville, Lyon Co., Kentucky.14
