     Ida M. Mead was born on 17 May 1853 in Coshocton Co., Ohio.8,9,10
     She appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Jackson Twp., Coshocton Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents, William Edgar Mead and Elmira C. Taylor.15
     She moved to Ross Co. with her parents before 1870. She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Chillicothe, Ross Co., Ohio, in the household of her parents.16
     Ida married John Henry Wiemann, son of Henrich Friedrich Wiemann and Anna Maria Catharine Charlotte Rothefeld, on 18 Oct 1872 in Ross Co., Ohio, with S. McAdow officiating.11,12,13
     Ida and John settled in Columbus, Ohio, after their marriage.17 They appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio, at 120 North High Street, enumerated 9 Jun 1880, in a multi-unit building with 17 families listed. Their son William was listed as living with them.18
